Lovingkindness practice is designed to help all participants to experience, share, and grow in lovingkindness. It's a non-affiliated, open community of people coming together to practice lovingkindness as a skill, and to offer it to one another and to the world.
Practice sessions involve guided lovingkindness meditation (using adaptations of the Metta Sutta), sharing, and, of course, snacks. You can learn more about these free sessions on our Session Info page.
